This is our home in Vero Beach Florida. It is located on the barrier island between the ocean and the inter-coastal waterway. Two blocks to the east (city blocks) is the ocean and about five blocks to the west is the inter-coastal. Vero is mainly a retirement community and our street is one of the few streets with somewhat reasonable home prices, most all other streets have been remodeled or completely renovated.
We are looking to see if there may be any interest in permanently trading our property in Vero Beach, FL for equitable property in King or Snohomish County. Currently our Vero Beach, FL home is valued in the low 300K mark and would like to trade across for a similar value home in King or Snohomish County.
Long story short, the house has been designed by my wife, I drew the architectural plans and had an engineer stamp them for Miami date code and received permits from the city of Vero beach. Everything was inspected to hurricane code and was constructed by myself. Only items not done by me where the electrical panel change out and the granite countertops. The house has all new everything (literally) except for one piece of original 1 1/2 inch copper DWV in the powder bathroom. All HVAC, Plumbing and electrical is all new. All windows and doors were replaced with hurricane rated impact windows and doors. Really there is too much to list, but we have all inspection records etc. and we still have original architectural plans (that were created for a much larger remodel that we opted out of).
