Life and Family Raised in Washington State, Jim has compiled a rich amount of knowledge for the area. Living in areas from as far north as LaConner, Washington and down into Lakewood, Washington. He has lived in over 4 counties over the years. He currently resides in Sammamish, and has been there for over 6 years, where he and his wife currently raise two young daughters. With all of the extended family members living in the state, the Camerons foresee themselves living out their years here. Real Estate Experience Jim started his career in 1998 working with a home builder out of Bellevue, WA. The builder had him work-ing in areas such as Bothell, Lynnwood, Brier, and Kenmore. Working with one of the smaller builders in the state allowed him to be more hands on with the building processes. After learning the ins and outs of the local homebuilding industry, he decided to look for change and more knowledge. He moved to Windermere Bellevue/East Inc. to see what working the resale market had in store. After working there for a few years, he decided to go back to the homebuilding industry, this time the largest homebuilder in the country. This would allow him to build his experience and expertise in a vastly complicated market. Jim spent 6 years there and become the top sales person for that company within the 27 states they built homes. During these years he learned that customer service and honesty is what people need during the home buying process.
